I'm a proud double yellow personality type - "the accommodating inspirer". I have always loved connecting with people.  This is the foundation of my ethos as a creative & my north star for being a good human. My desire to relate has helped me forge more than 1 career in customer experience. Whether it's helping my team members reach alignment, helping research participants feel comfortable sharing their point of view, or helping a friend process their feelings - I'm happy to take the call.
